Data that arrives, intact.
Most integration failures are silent. The job reports success, the row count is quietly short, and nobody notices until a report is wrong in a meeting three weeks later.
The dangerous failure is the one that doesn't alert.
A pipeline that crashes gets fixed the same morning. A pipeline that succeeds while dropping four percent of records because of an encoding change gets discovered when someone senior notices the numbers no longer reconcile — usually after decisions have been made on them.
So we build integration the boring way: reconcile counts and control totals at every hop, alert on drift rather than only on failure, and make it obvious at a glance which feeds are current and which are stale.
What this covers
Getting data out of source systems — ERP, CRM, finance, operational platforms, files, APIs and the occasional system whose vendor would rather you didn't. Landing it somewhere it can be worked with. Transforming it in a way that is inspectable rather than buried in a black-box job. And feeding it onward to the warehouse, the MDM layer or the consuming application.
We work in whatever you've already bought — Azure Data Factory and Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Talend, Informatica, or plain well-structured code where a platform would be overkill. The right answer is frequently smaller than the one being proposed.
Where this fits
Integration is rarely the whole engagement. It's usually the plumbing a master data or governance program needs in order to be possible at all, and we scope it that way. If you only need the plumbing, we'll do only the plumbing.
- Scope
- Priced per build
- Platforms
- Yours, where possible
- Reconciliation
- Every hop
- Monitoring
- Drift, not just failure
- Documentation
- Runbook per pipeline
- Handover
- Your team operates it
If a proposal in front of you specifies a large integration platform for a handful of feeds, get a second opinion — from us or anyone. The licence and operating cost frequently exceeds the problem.
What gets delivered.
- Source extractionConnectors to ERP, CRM, finance, operational systems, APIs and files — including the awkward ones.
- Inspectable transformationLogic a future maintainer can read and change, not a black box only its author understood.
- ReconciliationCounts and control totals checked at every hop, with a visible record of what balanced and what didn't.
- Drift alertingAlerts on volume anomalies, schema changes and staleness — not only on hard failure.
- Feed health viewOne screen showing what ran, what's current, what's late and what silently changed shape.
- Error handling & replayFailed records quarantined with a defined route to reprocess, rather than lost between runs.
- RunbooksPer-pipeline operating documentation covering the failures that actually happen.
- Cost sanitySized for your real volumes. We'll say so when a smaller design does the job.
Start with the assessment.
Two to three weeks. You get a map of your systems, named owners, a ranked list of gaps, and a costed 6-month plan. No obligation to run it with us.
